Prices for Apartment Alexa are EUR395 per week based on 4 people sharing in Spring, Summer and Autumn, EUR350 per week in winter. The New year period is EUR600 per week. There is a EUR 9.50 per additional person per night for groups over 4 people, plus a mandatory EUR20 one-off cleaning charge.
We ask for a EUR100 returnable security/damage deposit. This will be refunded to you in full provided no damage has occurred during your stay.
For bookings more than 4 weeks in advance we require a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the booking cost, with the balance due no later than 4 weeks before the start of the booking.
For bookings less than 4 weeks in advance, we require the cost of the booking in full. Please contact us for further details.
